In the old with a satellite, which we have lived for several years and more service, but the satellite is still there .. using a program of FTA (Free To Air), such as Coolsat, Pansat, Viewsat or illegal?

Outside is not illegal, hacker codes.
To receive the FTA channels should be a box like Sonic have thoughts, Coolsat, Pansat, etc, and add it to a court on DISH Network. I am not familiar with the use of digital TVs
